RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website (natlis.com). Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces (such as Amazon) are subject to the return and refund policies of those platforms.

At Natlis, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders, provided the request is made within 30 days of delivery and there is no suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive returns. This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

For customers in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Our 30-day money-back guarantee provides an extended period, and both rights apply in parallel.

Review Process

Refunds are approved once we verify that:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • There is no suspected fraudulent activity, abuse, or excessive return behavior.
  • The customer has cooperated with any follow-up questions or verification.

We may, at our discretion, request that products be returned before processing your refund. If this is required, you will be provided with instructions and any applicable return shipping details. Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning a product, unless otherwise required by law. Natlis is not able to refund these charges.

Replacements

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. In most cases, you will not be required to return the original item. If a return is needed, our support team will provide instructions and any applicable shipping details.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders are charged at checkout to reserve your item.
  • You may request a cancellation and full refund any time before your order ships.
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it is covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee and return conditions as standard orders.
  • If your pre-order is delayed, you will be notified by email. You may keep your reservation or cancel for a full refund prior to shipment.

Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
  • Processing times may vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
  • Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. Exchange rate fluctuations and any bank or payment provider fees are outside our control.
  • Shipping costs, if charged, are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for individual items within an order. The refund amount will reflect the actual purchase price paid for the item, including any applied discounts or promotions. Taxes collected on the refunded portion will also be returned.

Important Limitations

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible under this policy.
  • Refunds may be declined in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive returns.
  • Promotional or discounted items may be refunded at the purchase price paid.
  • If we require a product return, bundled sets, kits, or promotional packages must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Where required by law (such as in the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia), customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is defective, damaged, or misdescribed, regardless of this policy.
  • Orders of unusually high quantities, whether within a single order or across multiple orders placed over time, may be excluded from this policy and handled on a case-by-case basis.
